Family and friend are very important to me I really enjoy offering the support and providing stability.

I love time out and weeks are sacred, I make the most of every moment I have. I enjoy going out and about seeing what’s on locally, or simply exploring the outdoors escaping to the Blue Mountains, Port Stephens or Bowral. I really enjoy cooking my own steaks at the Briar’s Inn (must admit I’m not a cook, I am happy to keep you company while you’re cooking though.) I will be your helping hand, or at least help you drink wine while we chop away!
