I enjoy very much to a high extent, serving in my current occupational support capacity, where I provide technical support assistance for one of the major U.S. wireless carriers. Here I have served for three years as of now, and it is here where I find myself to be, quite satisfied... My current role, where I dedicate my best effort to assist subscribers of this carrier as a technical care representative, is what I consider to be a near perfect career fit for me, and is an occupation with which I am highly pleased.

Technical support is a subject matter for which a strong ability to differentiate between what is and is not significant, and what is and is not relevant to the problem matter at hand is key, to providing for the most optimal, efficient and practical resolution possible, while also providing for a superb customer experience.
