I'm an emotional eating coach. I combine my certification as a health coach with my experience as a recovered anorexic, bulimic, and binge eater. I've essentially made myself out to be the coach I really would've liked to have during my recovery. I partner with traditional treatment teams to get to the root of an eating disorder. I also work with women who struggle with their relationship with food, who are sick of dieting, and just want to be comfortable in their own skin (sometimes for the first time in their life).
